1 Operator and scope
siveralaw.com (the "Site") is operated independently by an individual (the "Operator"). It is a legal technology tool and does not provide legal services. This policy applies to all pages of the Site and explains what personal information the Site processes, why and how, and what rights you have.
Contact the Operator: [email protected]
2 Information the Site processes
- What you enter in the tools is not uploaded. Product details, counterparty names, trademark and data transfer facts, and any templates you import are stored only in your browser's local storage. List matching and assessments run on your device; the Operator has no access to them. Clearing your browser data or changing device deletes this information.
- Account information. When you register or sign in, the Site processes your email address, the time you registered and last signed in, the version and time of your consent to this policy and the Terms of Use, and the time of your consent to cross-border transfer. It is used only to verify your identity, send sign-in codes and keep you signed in, never for marketing. To prevent abuse of sign-in codes, the Site processes the IP address of each request but stores only an irreversible hash of it, deleted together with the code record within one day.
- Session cookie. After you sign in, the Site sets one necessary cookie, sv_session, in your browser. It lasts 30 days and is used only to keep you signed in, not for tracking or statistics. Signing out removes it.
- Visit statistics. The Site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not track you across sites and builds no personal profile. It collects the page address, referring page, browser and operating system, screen size, country or region and page load time; the Operator sees only aggregated statistics.
- Access logs. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and guard against attacks, the host processes technical information such as your IP address, request time and browser identifier. The Operator does not use it to identify individuals.
- Correspondence. If you email the Operator, the Operator receives your email address and message. They are used only to reply to and deal with your query, never for marketing, and are not shared.
