One Workflow

One workflow

All three domains follow the same steps: enter the facts, assess section by section, keep a record.

1. Enter the facts Answer in business terms; no regulatory knowledge needed. Anything you cannot answer can be left blank — it is listed as a fact to be confirmed, never treated as "not applicable".
2. Assess section by section Each section gives a status, the reasons and the provision relied on. Where the facts fall short, this is stated, together with who needs to confirm what. Nothing is presumed and no defaults are filled in.
3. Keep a record A self-assessment record is produced, keeping the rule versions relied on and any reservations. Re-run it when the rules or facts change, and compare the two results.

Everything happens on your device.All three steps run in your browser and nothing you enter is uploaded. Clearing your browser data therefore deletes your records; export anything you need to keep.

Read these first to avoid misuse.

Every point is sourced Export control and data transfer conclusions state the rules and versions relied on. Trademark points cite either the WIPO Member Profiles (with their update date) or the current statute (with the article). Nothing without a traceable source is included.
Gaps are disclosed Jurisdictions not covered, data not yet connected and sections not yet written are all marked as such, never filled with summaries or placeholders. An undisclosed gap makes content look complete, which is riskier than leaving it out.
Your data stays on your device What you enter, including counterparty names, is stored only in your browser and never uploaded. Sanctions list matching and file parsing also run locally.
